| What is your goal setting process this year?

This January let’s set up our goals and routines for success. Join me on my journey in goal setting as I work on my main goals, feeling goals, and actionable items or SMART goals. Here are three approaches to goal setting:

  • Annual Goal: A larger goal or main goal you’d like to accomplish this year.

  • Feeling Goals: A monthly intention to feel a certain way. For example, I will be looking to feel “Clarity in Q1” or “Fit and Energized by February”.

  • SMART Goals: A tool to help you create actionable items bridging you closer to your vision for wellness.

  • SMART is a tried and tested goal setting technique that helps us quantify success, create a timeline for completion and nail down the specifics of what you want to accomplish.
