Our Foundation
I personal train my clients virtually and in-person to help all people feel their best and move their body, whether that be through a challenging resistance workout or low intensity exercise such as, yoga or chair yoga.
With my skill set, I am able to assist various age groups in accomplishing their fitness goals. Clientele of varying age groups from 4+ years for swimming and youth sport training to ages 90+ using safe movements will meet their needs, improve mobility through low impact activity and resistance training designed to get you back to a balance!

Total Motion Training, founded in 2022, has grown over the years to provide a combination of services that support a holistic approach to well-being. We offer coaching packages that can provide accountability to clients seeking next steps, navigating challenging health goals, overcoming barriers to wellness, or improving muscular fitness. Services also include Corporate Wellness offerings, bringing wellness in an engaging way to your company culture.
