Total Body Workout: Squats, Cleans, and Rows

We will be doing goblet squats, dumbbell clean and press, followed by renegade rows which will hit the lower body, core and upper body muscle groups as well as the back in our movements.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 set of dumbbells

  • 1 exercise mat

  • Closed-toe shoes

  • Water bottle
